The first step to a successful day is to start the morning with a pen and a piece of paper. If you prefer a paperless option, grab the iPad Pro with Apple Pencil and get started.
You can do this following my 2-step framework: (1) setting your daily intentions for mind clarity, and (2) write the positive affirmations to boost your spirit every morning or evening.
Setting the daily intentions
Your daily intentions will help you get clarity around your day and keep you on track if things start to feel overwhelming or frustrating. Here are my favorite daily intentions frame that I go over every morning, but there are many more out there.
Today I intend to:……….
With calm and joy I’ll focus on: …
Take a pen and paper (or your favorite iPad Pro with Apple Pencil) and write these positive morning affirmations down every morning.
Morning affirmations for success
I know you’re probably skeptical of this claim. But morning affirmations for success really can help you to be more productive at work, more relaxed during the meetings, or more empathic during a discussion with your team.
Affirmations can help you be successful. When you repeat an affirmation, you increase your vibrating energy, which aligns with the reality you want to create. In addition, affirmations can hack your brain to be more productive and get better results at work!
So before you head off to work, join a zoom call or get an important phone call, have a quick look at the morning affirmations below and choose one that resonates with you.
Creativity could take you to new heights, so it’s important that you start the day by feeling creative.
I know this is easier said than done, but if you’re feeling creative already and want to keep your creative juices flowing throughout the day, here are some ideas:
Read an article about a famous artist or designer (like Pablo Picasso) then find one of their paintings on Google Images and look at it for 30 seconds.
Or listen to some music that inspires you in some way (maybe electronic dance music or classical).
Try writing a poem using only words with double letters in them—the first two lines should be “I feel” and “creative” (or any other combination of those words).
You can also take photos or videos where your creativity shows through—that could mean taking pictures of flowers or drawing something yourself; basically anything goes!
Meditation is a great way to get your mind and body in sync, release the negative beliefs and welcome a positive attitude. It’s a way for you to relax and de-stress, enjoy the life blessings but it also has many other benefits that can help you stay focused throughout the day, while building your dream life.
Believing that you are capable of achieving any goal is a mindset that attracts success and all the good life you deserve. Visualize how wealth constantly flows through your day, helping you get closer and closer to achieving success with each positive change you apply in your work routine. Focus on new challenges, supportive people, powerful contributions and happiness, and remove negative feelings, feelings and self-sabotage.
Not only that you can have, but you deserve a wonderful and successful life.
Every day is a chance to start over, change your life, and create endless opportunities. You can do something different every day, working toward the wildest dreams.
You can start by writing down three things you want to achieve today, then make them happen. It doesn’t matter what they are or how big they seem – the important thing is that it’s something that matters to you and that you will enjoy doing!
No matter how many times in the past we’ve failed at something, we always have another chance at making it work this time around. So don’t give up on yourself; instead get out of the comfort zone and use your past experiences as lessons for future success!
The doors open every day.
The first step of any change is acceptance. Acceptance means letting go and being at peace with what is. It’s the ability to see the reality of life as it is, without judgment or regret.
Healing a wound starts with acceptance: accepting that you were hurt, accepting your feelings about it and accepting yourself just as you are right now. Accepting every part of yourself—even those parts that you don’t like—allow you to move forward towards healing, more abundance and happiness in your life!
Include these positive morning affirmations into your morning routine. If you’re feeling stuck, try these steps to break through:
- Identify your fears. What do you think is holding you back from being successful? Do any of these statements sound familiar? “I’m afraid that I’ll never find a fulfilling career.” “I’m not sure what I want to do with my life.”
- Identify what’s holding you back. Is it lack of self-confidence, or lack of direction or resources for pursuing your goals? Or maybe it’s simply fear about taking the first step! Whatever the case may be, know that there are many tools available—from books and seminars to online communities—that can help guide you on your journey and attract success and complete abundance.
- Focus on goals rather than obstacles. If someone asked how far away they were from their destination (say, a grocery store), would they focus on all the obstacles between them and their goal (a broken leg) or would they look at their progress so far (they’ve already walked five blocks)? Focusing on progress rather than obstacles will keep us motivated when we’re facing challenges along our path toward success!
The more open your mind is to abundance, the more likely you are to see these opportunities when they arise. You can create new opportunities by trusting in yourself and believing in what you have to offer.
You have all the tools, abilities and resources needed to succeed at anything you set your mind on achieving! There’s no such thing as a perfect opportunity; it’s all about finding one that fits your needs best at this very moment.
If a job isn’t working out for example, then maybe it’s time for some self-employment instead?
“Today, I am thankful for the opportunity to see another day.”
“I am grateful and worthy for everything it has given me so far, and today will be the start of even more goodness in my life! “
Life is a gift we have been given, so let’s make most out of every minute on this planet and embrace all the things that come to us with the right mindset and positive attitude.
Today is going to be great because today IS great–in fact, it’s already perfect!
Positive affirmations can be about self care and self worth too. So take the pen and paper (or the iPad and Apple Pencil) to write down a few morning affirmations about treating yourself like gold dust.
What does that mean?
It means you’re a powerful creator and should only feed your body with healthy beliefs and great ideas.
Whatever tasks you have on the planner for today, they will get done one at a time until they are finished.
Eat That Frog by Brian Tracy is an excellent book to read if you’re looking for more tips and tricks on how to get more out of your day, especially when it comes to prioritizing your tasks.
If a task does not contribute value to you, your dream life or the lives of other people, then it can wait until later—or better yet never be implemented at all.
As you start your day, it’s important to remember that every day is a new opportunity. You have the power to change your life as often as you want.
This means that if something doesn’t go well for you today, don’t think of it as the end of the world. Instead, see this as an opportunity for growth and change in your daily routine.
So start each morning off with a big smile on your face because today is going to be amazing!
Be open to receive all of it. Just as much of it as there is. Be aware that actions create constant wealth, so make an action plan on what are you going to do with the new gifts.
Morning affirmations isn’t magic
Just like any other tool or strategy, using morning affirmations isn’t magic: it won’t make things happen on their own—rather, they’re an essential part of a larger process.
Keep those thoughts in mind at all times
One of the most popular ways to use positive affirmations is by repeating them throughout the day. The idea behind this is that positive thoughts about yourself and your goals can boost self confidence and help you achieve what you want.
Alternatives to morning affirmations for success
If changing your mindset seems overwhelming and difficult, then positive morning affirmations might be a good place to start; however, if affirmations feel unnatural or take an excessive amount of effort for you, consider looking into other options as well.
For example: if writing out positive statements feels awkward or uncomfortable for some reason (perhaps because they’re too similar to negative self-talk), try making recordings on your phone instead! Or maybe even set up reminders through apps like Google Calendar or Apple’s Reminders app (or both) so that they pop up automatically when needed throughout each day!
Take the next step…
While these positive affirmations may seem silly or new-agey, they can be a valuable way to start your day. In fact, if you’ve ever been inspired by a motivational quote or poster, you’ll know that words have power.
Whether it helps you stay focused on your goals or simply reminds you of how great it is to be alive, positive self-talk is the first step toward creating change in your life.
Start the morning with a pen and a piece of paper. If you prefer a paperless option, grab the iPad Pro with Apple Pencil and get started with your morning affirmations for success.
