Write better work notes organized by date or in clients' folders
Pick from the two PLUG-IN & PLAY work planning templates for iPad. For people leaders and business owners who use the iPad at work!
Import the 2021 Meetings Book or the 520 People Book PLUG-IN & PLAY iPad templates inside the Noteshelf or Goodnotes 5 app to:
write meeting notes (ordered by date or client)
take private notes about your people and their progress (team or clients)
write projects notes and track the progress
To enjoy your planners, you'll need to install a note-taking app like Goodnotes or Noteshelf (priced around $12) and have an Apple Pencil to take your hand notes.
I know tech stuff feels scary, so I'll hand you a step-by-step written guide on downloading and installing the planners.
If your mind is full of CLUTTER you can make mistakes, delay decisions, and lose people's trust.
What if I tell you that YOU CAN:
clean up your mind and braindump your thoughts on your iPad any time of the day?
write your work notes in a structured way, so you know what-to-do and what to delegate?
have your handwritten notes searchable and easy to find on your iPad?
write meeting notes and organized them by the client, so you can always see what you've discussed last time?
keep private notes about the people you work with and their projects or tasks?
If you have an iPad (and an Apple Pencil), check these two paperless notebooks to outline your tasks, take better meeting notes and write private notes about your people.
Is it for you?
Although I'd love everyone to try any of my digital WORK Planners, they are actually FOR YOU IF you run at least one business, have at least 5-10 meetings or calls every week, or need a space to track your team, clients and projects.
Which of the two templates fits your daily work routine...
...to capture meeting notes, clients and project details
They're NOT apps! They're multi-page PDF TEMPLATES with hyperlinks. To use them you'll need the Noteshelf or Goodnotes 5 app installed on your iPad.
Or, watch these videos with each notebook:
The 2021 Meetings Book is best to use when you have up to 10 daily meetings and want them organized by date. You can use it for face-to-face meetings, Skype calls, Zoom lectures, webinars, Clubhouse discussions. It's dated for 2021, so you can use it daily, between Jan. - Dec. 2021.
The 520 People Book is the place to store up to 520 people's profiles, projects, meetings, and notes. Use it to write private notes about the people you work with, like your partners, team members, affiliates, customers, or patients. It's NOT dated so you can duplicate and use it for years to come.
But, if you're new to digital planning, you definitely should know that:
It ONLY works on iPad (with Apple Pencil)
It ONLY works with Goodnotes, Noteshelf apps (they cost around $9-$12)
It does NOT sync with Google Calendar
It does NOT Sync with Outlook Calendar
It does NOT send reminders
The two Work Notebooks are now available ...
from $17 *
Landscape + Portrait layouts included !!!
No locked-in contracts or other commitments.
*To get started you WILL NEED: an iPad (and an Apple Pencil) + a paid annotations app (like Goodnotes, Noteshelf). After placing your order you will get instant access to the chosen notebook in PDF format for both landscape and horizontal view.

Digital planners are ready to use PDF files (with/without hyperlinks) or JPEG images (use them to build a digital planner yourself) imported into a note-taking app like Noteshelf, GoodNotes, or Notability. You can use it on any tablet that you can write on, but the iPad Pro + Apple Pencil combo is the most loved by far.
2021 Digital Planners work with any app that supports PDF annotations. Noteshelf, Goodnotes, and Notability offer the best handwriting experience for digital planning, but these are for iOS only. For Android, you can try XODO PDF, yet the experience is not the best.
You can, but an iPad digital planner it’s not that iPhone friendly. If you are using Goodnotes or Noteshelf, you can sync the digital planner across devices using iCloud. But writing on it on the phone can be a bit painful since the design is not adaptable (in the end, the planner is a PDF file designed for iPad), so your page’s content will not be super visible.
In the future, I am planning to create digital planners for iPhone only.
You can use Noteshelf, Goodnotes 5 and Notability for iOS. I have chosen Noteshelf, just like many of my clients.
Here’s what one of my clients said:
“I started off using Noteshelf initially before ever using Goodnotes. Neither app is perfect but there are three things I like better about Noteshelf: 1) the ability to lock down an image layer for inserted planner widgets. I can erase writing and move stickers around without moving the base image. 2) I can copy the setup (highlighter, text, stickers) that I want on each page and paste to another and it will place it in the EXACT same location without realignment which is time consuming in Goodnotes and 3) squared off highlighter. I dislike Goodnotes’ rounded highlighter.
AND….I almost forgot to mention one of my favorite features! You can save numerous fonts and text styles as favorites so that you can easily change between them. I have thirteen favorites. Goodnotes does not handle text well.”
Check this step-by-step PDF tutorial on how to download and import your goodies step-by-step. I suggest to save this tutorial on your iPad, but you can also use a PC to open it.
After you have downloaded the digital planner in the On My iPad / Downloads folder, go and open the app and import the planner from the Downloads folder using the add new functions:
– in Goodnotes tap: New+ > Import
– in Noteshelf tap: + > Import Document
– in Notability tap: Import > Files
Once you have downloaded the planner on your iPad, you won’t need Wi-Fi to use it.
However, if you are using the iCloud to sync across devices, the planner will only sync when you have a Wi-Fi connection.
No, the PDF paperless notebooks do not rotate or adapt to screen. However with your download you'll get instant access to both Portrait and Landscape orientation of the planners. Test them both and see which one fits you best.
You must be in the viewing mode to use the hyperlinks and switch to editing mode when you want to write. There is a pen icon inside a circle in the top right corner of the navigation that you need to tap to switch between the two modes.
Yes, the work paperless notebooks have tutorial pages included. You will learn how to navigate the planners with hyperlinks, how to fill in the pages, and how to contact me. Just open a notebooks to any page, and look for the “Need Help?“ button on the bottom left of the page.
You can, but be careful what you delete since it will also delete the hyperlinks to those pages.
If you really want to try, I suggest to duplicate the planner and try to delete these pages from the clone version first. If you like the result, you can then implement this action inside the original digital planner too.
In Goodnotes 5, Notability or Noteshelf you can move pages by drag and dropping their thumbnails. However, the planner has too many pages, so I recommend to copy a page (or template) and place it in a new location inside the planner.
You can use both work notebooks to take meeting notes. Here's the simple rule to follow:
- if you take 5-10 meeting notes DAILY, and need to organize those notes by date, then use the 2021 Meetings Book
- if you take occasional meeting notes, but you need to have them organized under your client's folder, then use the 520 People Book.
Sure. Any PDF annotations app has a “Type tool” that you could use. Just import the notebooks inside your PDF annotations app and start typing.
Unfortunately, Notability, Goodnotes, and Noteshelf do not have this feature (so far), but I hope they will soon add this to their apps.
Playing with bookmarks/tags can help you reach another location in your planner. Or, add a note (like “client name”) on the new page and use the search function to find it.
All DATED digital planners need to be purchased every year.
The undated planners are the ones that can be bought once and used many times. But you will need to add the dates to the pages.
- the 2021 Meeting Book is dated and must be purchased every year
- the 520 People Book is undated so it can be used for years to come, with no other cost
